About the role
- Define and lead go-to-market strategies for product launches, updates and significant improvements
- Create clear communication plans tailored to different customer profiles, channels and stages of the customer journey
- Design communication and engagement strategies that promote feature adoption, as well as upsell and cross-sell opportunities
- Act as a bridge between Product and other areas (Customer Success, Sales, Marketing, Support), ensuring understanding and consistency in feature communications and incident handling
- Collaborate on building and prioritizing initiatives with Product Managers, bringing insights based on market, competitors and customer needs
- Structure and improve processes, workflows and customer communication channels (email, WhatsApp, in-app notifications, help center, among others)
- Define and monitor KPIs and success metrics for launches, communications and team performance
- Ensure product communication reflects the brand positioning, the value of deliveries and Saipos’s differentiation
- Support the product team in creating materials for training, internal alignments and roadmap presentations
- Conduct research and engage with customers to refine messaging and improve the communication journey across touchpoints
- Analyze market, competition, trends and user needs to support positioning and strategy
- Support communication with partners and initiatives to strengthen relationships
- Actively contribute to building and evolving Product Marketing processes within the Product organization
- Be an example of creativity and collaboration, adapting in fast-paced, high-growth environments
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in Product Marketing or similar roles, with a focus on go-to-market strategies and product communications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Experience in technology companies, preferably with B2B SaaS products
- Strong writing and communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into clear, compelling, value-oriented messages for customers
- Ability to structure and improve communication processes focused on experience and engagement
- Familiarity with communication channels and tools (email, WhatsApp, in-app notifications, CRMs, automations, etc.)
- Experience defining and tracking product marketing and feature adoption metrics and KPIs
- Analytical capability to generate insights from usage data, interviews, surveys and benchmarks
- Experience working in early-stage contexts or lean teams, taking ownership in defining and executing processes
- Strategic, autonomous profile with strong execution skills and ability to collaborate across teams
- Availability for occasional office visits (frequency to be agreed)
