About the role

  • Receive clients already qualified by our SDR team and conduct demonstrations and negotiations for our software;
  • Ensure smooth handoffs between departments with excellent alignment and communication;
  • Update the CRM (HubSpot) in accordance with the team's playbook;
  • Meet both quantitative and qualitative KPIs.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience as a B2B salesperson (sales consultant, sales executive, or closer);
  • Experience working with sales targets/quotas;
  • Self-managing profile (strong ability to organize tasks and schedule);
  • Knowledge of sales frameworks (GPCT or SPIN Selling);
  • Experience with CRM and sales pipeline management;
  • Availability to work 11:00–20:00, hybrid schedule with on-site attendance 3× per week at the office in São Leopoldo, RS (Brazil).
