About the role
- Receive clients already qualified by our SDR team and conduct demonstrations and negotiations for our software;
- Ensure smooth handoffs between departments with excellent alignment and communication;
- Update the CRM (HubSpot) in accordance with the team's playbook;
- Meet both quantitative and qualitative KPIs.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience as a B2B salesperson (sales consultant, sales executive, or closer);
- Experience working with sales targets/quotas;
- Self-managing profile (strong ability to organize tasks and schedule);
- Knowledge of sales frameworks (GPCT or SPIN Selling);
- Experience with CRM and sales pipeline management;
- Availability to work 11:00–20:00, hybrid schedule with on-site attendance 3× per week at the office in São Leopoldo, RS (Brazil).
