About the role
- Exceed quarterly and yearly revenue quota goals
- Address unique customer inquiries effectively
- Develop business plans aligning to assigned territory
- Collaborate with marketing for marketing plans with partners
- Pursue leads and ensure internal systems are updated
- Lead technical resources to demonstrate product advantages
- Follow up with customers for ongoing coverage and new sales
- Own aspects of the sales cycle from qualifying to closing
- Foster understanding of territory and competition
Requirements
- Strategic Sales experience in Identity Security solutions
- Skilled communicator for first engagements and discovery calls
- Proficiency in presenting SailPoint solutions vs competitors
- Ability to lead a virtual team for sales success
- Experience creating territory or opportunity plans
- Collaborate with marketing and sales functions
- Travel expectations of up to 50% yearly
- Bachelor's degree or global equivalent preferred
