About the role
- Exceed revenue quota goals on a quarterly and yearly basis.
- Engage with customers and partners to maintain high level of customer service.
- Collaborate with marketing to execute marketing plans.
- Follow-up with customers and partner with post-sale teams.
- Oversee all aspects of sales cycle from qualifying to closing process.
- Build understanding of territory with respect to customers and competitors.
- Lead technical resources to demonstrate product advantages to customers.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or global equivalent in an IT, business or sales related field (preferred but not required)
- 5+ years of experience in sales and account management (preferred)
- Skilled communicator in first engagements and discovery calls
- Proficient in understanding and presenting value of solutions against competitors
- Strong team collaboration skills and experience in leading virtual teams
- Ability to create and execute territory plans
- Familiar with Salesforce and reporting tools
- Business travel of approximately 50 percent yearly is expected
