About the role

  • Exceed revenue quota goals on a quarterly and yearly basis.
  • Engage with customers and partners to maintain high level of customer service.
  • Collaborate with marketing to execute marketing plans.
  • Follow-up with customers and partner with post-sale teams.
  • Oversee all aspects of sales cycle from qualifying to closing process.
  • Build understanding of territory with respect to customers and competitors.
  • Lead technical resources to demonstrate product advantages to customers.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or global equivalent in an IT, business or sales related field (preferred but not required)
  • 5+ years of experience in sales and account management (preferred)
  • Skilled communicator in first engagements and discovery calls
  • Proficient in understanding and presenting value of solutions against competitors
  • Strong team collaboration skills and experience in leading virtual teams
  • Ability to create and execute territory plans
  • Familiar with Salesforce and reporting tools
  • Business travel of approximately 50 percent yearly is expected
