About the role
- Lead a sales team to sell Identity Security Solution
- Manage strategic sales team and associated supporting functions
- Develop and execute business plans with milestones and necessary actions
- Evaluate existing structure and processes for opportunity improvements
- Collaborate with marketing and partner teams to identify opportunities
Requirements
- Successful track record of leading sales teams within high growth SaaS or Cyber-sec organisations
- Experience in managing a sales team selling to end users directly
- Ability to leverage the support of influential channel partners
- Experience leading sales during a transition from on-prem to SaaS
- Ability to articulate the SailPoint value proposition
- Comfortable engaging with key leadership and relevant peers
- Familiarity with SailPoint products, success stories, and key differentiators.
