  • Develop a tailored on-boarding plan
  • Work with account executives to develop sales opportunities
  • Join initial calls to discover customer challenges
  • Provide platform demonstrations
  • Answer technical questions, respond to RFPs
  • Provide strategic guidance on implementing identity programmes
  • Support the wider SE team with queries and advice

Requirements

  • Existing SaaS pre-sales experience is very advantageous
  • Background in selling or running an identity platform
  • Positive, confident outlook
  • Growth mindset and ability to continually learn
  • Strong ability to understand and articulate business value
  • Inquisitive nature to define customer challenges
  • Comfortable presenting professionally to a wide audience
  • Written and communication skills are excellent
  • Technical understanding of Infrastructure and Access Management
  • Understanding SaaS solutions
  • Understanding or experience in Identity Security
  • Understanding or experience with IaaS environments (Azure, AWS, GCP)
  • Understanding or experience with AI-driven solutions
  • English and Swedish/Norwegian language proficiency is a must.
