About the role
- Exceed revenue quota goals on a quarterly and yearly basis
- Effectively address each customer’s and partner’s unique inquiries
- Develop business plans aligning with assigned territory
- Engage with customers and business partners for high-level service
- Collaborate with marketing for plans
- Pursue leads and ensure system updates
- Lead technical resources to demonstrate advantages
- Follow-up with customers and partners post-sale
- Own and oversee all aspects of the sales cycle
Requirements
- Skilled communicator in first engagements and discovery calls
- Highly proficient in understanding and presenting the value of SailPoint solutions
- Ability to provide a superior customer experience
- Ability to lead a virtual team of partner resources and professionals
- Experience in creating a territory or opportunity plan
- Strong decision-making skills
- Work closely with the leadership team on strategies
- Bachelor's degree or global equivalent in IT, business or related field (preferred but not required)
