- Sell SailPoint's Identity Security Solution
- Manage a strategic sales team and associated support functions
- Direct management of sales professionals selling to end users
- Leverage influential channel partners in selling IGA Solution Suite
- Develop business plans with defined milestones and goals
- Collaborate with marketing and partner team to identify opportunities
- Maintain rigorous forecasting and sales pipeline accuracy
Requirements
- Successful track record of leading sales teams within high growth SaaS or Cyber-sec organizations
- Experience leading sales during a transition from on-prem to SaaS
- Ability to demonstrate a structured and rigorous approach to the sales process
- Proven capability in pipeline and forecasting management
