About the role
- Deliver high-quality, evidence-based psychotherapy to older adults in a virtual setting.
- Design personalized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Work independently while being part of a collaborative and supportive care team.
- Manage electronic documentation efficiently using streamlined EMR systems.
- Participate in regular team meetings, supervision, and training to ensure best practices.
- Provide teletherapy sessions during set hours (Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM) with flexible scheduling.
- Focus on clinical care while Sailor Health refers patients to you.
Requirements
- A completed master’s or doctoral degree in social work, psychology, counseling, marriage and family therapy.
- An active clinical license (LCSW, LCSW-C, LMHC, LMFT, LPC, CP) in the state of Florida.
- Experience working with the geriatric population.
- Comfort with technology and experience providing teletherapy is a plus.
- Ability to manage electronic documentation using EMR/telehealth platforms.
- Must be eligible to practice as a licensed clinician in Florida.
