About the role

  • End to end responsibility to efficiently manage online data collection projects for multiple accounts
  • Execute flawlessly multiple research projects independently at different phases from sale to delivery
  • Be the point of contact for clients, internal teams and vendors
  • Review project specs and research design for fielding and data collection
  • Continuously monitor project elements, anticipate/identify potential problems and manage to resolution
  • Manage external vendors and partners to meet project timeline and budget qualifications
  • Communicate with clients and internal teams throughout the project cycle to provide project updates, recommendations, and liaise with senior staff on any issues
  • Work within company systems effectively throughout the life cycle of the project
  • Work collaboratively with clients to provide timely updates on progress of the project
  • Deploy samples, coordinate with vendors, and monitor throughout the field to ensure completion on schedule
  • Respond quickly to unanticipated or urgent issues and manage to resolution; escalating as appropriate
  • Collaboration and support internal and external teams in coding, analysis, reporting
  • Validation and preparing of data deliveries
  • Meet client’s timeline expectations and highest quality of data deliverables

Requirements

  • German language proficiency is mandatory (spoken and written)
  • 4+ years of experience working in a market research environment or combined PM experience
  • Experience with research design, reporting, data analysis, international data collection, multi-mode methodology, is a plus.
  • Experience in DIY survey tools and/or panel software usage is a plus
