About the role
- Seasoned expert managing end-to-end online data collection projects for multiple accounts
- Manage high volumes and complex projects, support junior team members, and seek process improvements
- Serve as point of contact for clients, internal teams and vendors
- Review project specifications and research design for fielding and data collection
- Continuously monitor project elements, anticipate and resolve problems or escalate to TL/Manager
- Manage external vendors and partners to meet timelines and budget
- Communicate project updates, recommendations, and issues to clients and senior staff
- Use Sago systems throughout the project life cycle
- Deploy sample, coordinate with vendors, and monitor field quotas and reports
- Support coding, analysis, reporting, and validate/prepare data deliveries
- Ensure delivery of high-quality data on client timelines while maintaining project margins
- Share tools and process improvements, provide training and shadowing when required
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Execute flawlessly multiple high complexity research projects independently at different phases from sale to delivery
- Be the point of contact for clients, internal teams and vendors
- Review project specs and research design for fielding and data collection
- Continuously monitor project elements, anticipate/identify potential problems and manage to resolution
- Manage external vendors and partners to meet project timeline and budget qualifications
- Communicate with clients and internal teams throughout the project cycle to provide project update, recommendations, and liaise with senior staff on any issues
- Work within Sago systems effectively throughout life cycle of project
- Work collaboratively with clients to provide timely update on progress of project
- Deploy sample, coordinate with vendors, and monitor throughout field to ensure field completion of required quotas on schedule, including reportals, quota reports, field reports
- Collaboration and supporting internal and external teams in coding, analysis, reporting
- Validation and preparing of data deliveries
- Meet client’s timeline expectations and highest quality of data deliverables in the most efficient way maintaining margin for projects
- Share information amongst the team on tools and approaches that help with efficiencies in daily tasks, helping with training and shadowing when required
- Anticipate problems and are able to resolve them independently the majority of the time, otherwise you escalate them to your TL/Manager
- Strive to continually improve internal processes

- Bachelors’ degree and/or equivalent experience preferred
- Must have 3-5 years of experience working as a Project Manager/Senior Project Manager in Market Research
- Experience with research design, reporting, data analysis, international data collection, multi- mode methodology is a plus
