• Deliver Prevention services in accordance with Provincial and community standards;
• Works within a Strength based, Trauma informed approach
• Able to mediate and deescalate conflict within a family centered solution focused approach
• Intensively manages assigned files ensuring all cases are managed in accordance with the Provincial and agency standards, including Sagkeeng’s customs and traditions,
• Completing progress reports, case plans and assessments
• Program Development and delivery
• Ability to input information on to the CFSIS database
