Financial Planning and Analysis

• Report to the EVP, Head of Wealth Management
• Lead development and implementation of technology platform for Wealth Management team
• Collaborate with senior leadership to design and implement a modern tech stack aligned to client service and business goals
• Lead and support the discovery, selection, and implementation of new platforms and tools
• Manage ongoing administration of key systems including CRM (Practifi expertise required; Salesforce strongly preferred), ensuring licensing, release management, and contract oversight
• Document and assess operational processes, identifying opportunities for efficiency and improvement
• Champion change management and user adoption strategies across teams
• Serve as the subject matter expert for Practifi, including training and support for advisors and staff
• Improve and scale reporting dashboards and metrics in collaboration with business and operations teams
• Provide regular updates on system performance, enhancements, and spending
• Foster relationships with vendors and lead cost-effective contracting initiatives
• Author clear and impactful communications for both technical and executive audiences
