About the role
- Report to the EVP, Head of Wealth Management
- Lead development and implementation of technology platform for Wealth Management team
- Collaborate with senior leadership to design and implement a modern tech stack aligned to client service and business goals
- Lead and support the discovery, selection, and implementation of new platforms and tools
- Manage ongoing administration of key systems including CRM (Practifi expertise required; Salesforce strongly preferred), ensuring licensing, release management, and contract oversight
- Document and assess operational processes, identifying opportunities for efficiency and improvement
- Champion change management and user adoption strategies across teams
- Serve as the subject matter expert for Practifi, including training and support for advisors and staff
- Improve and scale reporting dashboards and metrics in collaboration with business and operations teams
- Provide regular updates on system performance, enhancements, and spending
- Foster relationships with vendors and lead cost-effective contracting initiatives
- Author clear and impactful communications for both technical and executive audiences
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field required; Master’s degree preferred
- 7+ years in wealth management technology or a related financial services role (financial industry experience required)
- Direct, hands-on experience with Practifi CRM (required)
- Strong understanding of CRM platforms, particularly Practifi and Salesforce
- Outstanding communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
- Project Management certification (PMP or similar) preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Word)
