About the role

  • User support: You will contribute to first-level technical support (software, hardware, network) and assist users in resolving their issues.
  • Diagnosis and troubleshooting: You will help identify technical incidents and participate in their resolution, with support from the team.
  • Installation and configuration: You will be involved in preparing, installing, and configuring workstations and equipment (PCs, printers, etc.).
  • Ticket management: You will participate in tracking support requests (opening, updating, closing) and communicating with users.
  • IT maintenance: You will contribute to maintenance tasks (updates, patches, backups) to ensure service continuity.
  • Remote support: You may handle requests remotely using dedicated tools.
  • Documentation: You will help write and update technical procedures and how-to guides.
  • Security awareness: You will be introduced to IT security best practices and help promote them to users.

Requirements

  • You are currently studying for a Bac+2 to Bac+5 degree in IT (equivalent to an associate to master’s level).
  • You want to develop your skills in IT support.
  • You have good written communication skills.
  • You enjoy working in a team and learning from others.
  • You are known for your service-oriented approach and strong communication.
  • You are curious, responsive, and motivated.
