About the role
- Oversees daily and event operations of the security and parking departments
- Ensures a safe, secure, and organized environment for guests, clients, and staff
- Plans staffing requirements based on event needs and building operations
- Supports and enforces security policies, emergency procedures
- Acts as liaison with law enforcement and regulatory agencies
- Manages incident documentation and guest complaint resolution
Requirements
- Associate degree in law enforcement or related field
- Minimum two (2) years of supervisory experience in event security or parking operations OR Minimum five (5) years successful supervisory experience in security, law enforcement, parking operations, or related discipline
- Valid California Guard Card (required)
