- Develop and conduct beverage training for Legends' F&B teams
- Manage online training programs
- Oversee implementation of corporate beverage programs
- Provide operational teams with tools to maximize profitability
- Manage high-end spirit and wine allocations across venues
- Foster strong relationships with suppliers and distributors
- Collaborate with culinary, marketing, and operations teams

Requirements
- Strong knowledge of wine, beer, and spirits
- Extensive knowledge of alcohol laws and compliance requirements
- Demonstrated leadership and customer service skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience managing supplier and sponsor relationships
- Proficiency with accounting policies and beverage cost management
- Skilled in cross-functional collaboration
