About the role
- Lead and implement Legends Global beverage program across multiple venues
- Develop and conduct comprehensive beverage training
- Oversee the implementation of corporate beverage programs
- Provide operational teams with tools and procedures to maximize profitability
- Manage high-end spirit and wine allocations across venues
- Act as a liaison with the VP of Beverage to support property openings
- Integrate sustainable practices into beverage programs
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of wine, beer, and spirits
- Extensive knowledge of alcohol laws and compliance requirements across multiple jurisdictions
- Demonstrated leadership and customer service skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience managing supplier and sponsor relationships
- Proficiency with accounting policies, POS systems, and beverage cost management
