About the role
- Oversee creation, execution, and optimization of email marketing campaigns for multiple clients
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop strategies, analyze performance data, and enhance segmentation and targeting
- Brief, write, and manage email campaigns while maintaining a marketing calendar across multiple clients
- Build, test, and deploy email campaigns and automations to enhance customer engagement and experience
- Maintain and enhance customer segmentation and target strategies for various brands
- Monitor and analyze email performance metrics weekly to provide insights and recommendations for future strategy
- Participate in client meetings and presentations, providing insights and recommendations based on email performance data
- Stay informed on industry best practices, emerging trends, and new technologies in CRM and email marketing
Requirements
- 1 year of experience in CRM, email marketing, or digital marketing, preferably in e-commerce or sports-related industries (ideal but not required)
- Experience with Klaviyo, Braze, Iterable (or a similar ESP) is strongly preferred
- Familiarity with GA4 and email performance reporting tools
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide insights
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Passion for sports and/or e-commerce marketing is a plus
