• Enterprise-Architektur mitgestalten: Du bist von Anfang an dabei, wenn wir unsere IT-Systemlandschaft modernisieren und weiterentwickeln – mit viel Raum für eigene Ideen
• Einführung neuer Systeme: Du begleitest die Einführung von Softwarelösungen aktiv, gestaltest die Prozesse mit und verantwortest später auch deren Betrieb und Weiterentwicklung. Der Pflichten-, Lastenheft-Prozess ist dir gut bekannt
• Ganzheitliche Verantwortung: Von der Anforderungsaufnahme über die Umsetzung bis hin zum laufenden Betrieb – du übernimmst die Verantwortung aus IT-Sicht
• Hands-on Testing & Support: Erstellung, Durchführung und Dokumentation von Testfällen sowie 2nd-Level-Support für interne Anwender
• Eng mit den Fachbereichen arbeiten: Du gestaltest die Zusammenarbeit mit Key-Usern aktiv mit und baust Brücken zwischen IT und Business
• Daten smart nutzen: Aufbereitung, Analyse und Visualisierung von Daten zur Entscheidungsunterstützung

• Evolve UI and software architecture: You make architectural decisions and ensure our solutions remain modular, maintainable, and scalable.
• Collaborate with the development team: You work closely with other developers, coordinate on technical issues, and help maintain high quality standards within the team.
• Implement UIs with Qt Widgets and QML: You develop user-friendly interfaces that represent complex workflows clearly and work well for our users in daily use.
• Coordinate with other areas: You maintain close communication with colleagues from other teams, especially Product Owners, and ensure our technical solutions meet the business requirements.
• Ensure code quality: You review and improve code in reviews, propose your own improvements, and help continuously develop our team standards.
