Requirements

  • 12+ years of progressive experience in People leadership roles (People Ops, PX, HRBP, Total Rewards, Talent Strategy)
  • Proven experience designing People strategy and scaling organizations through rapid growth
  • Experience building performance management, manager enablement, and organizational effectiveness frameworks
  • Strong understanding of People systems and operations (HRIS/ATS) with the ability to guide scalable architecture
  • Track record of building and developing high-performing teams
