Requirements
- 12+ years of progressive experience in People leadership roles (People Ops, PX, HRBP, Total Rewards, Talent Strategy)
- Proven experience designing People strategy and scaling organizations through rapid growth
- Experience building performance management, manager enablement, and organizational effectiveness frameworks
- Strong understanding of People systems and operations (HRIS/ATS) with the ability to guide scalable architecture
- Track record of building and developing high-performing teams
