About the role

  • Partner closely with clients to gain a deep understanding of their hiring needs and business goals
  • Create and publish compelling, targeted job advertisements that attract the right talent
  • Proactively source and engage high-quality candidates through strategic search methods
  • Interview and assess shortlisted candidates, evaluating skills, experience, and cultural fit
  • Build strong, long-lasting relationships with clients based on trust and results
  • Deliver tailored recruitment solutions that adapt to clients’ changing needs
  • Stay closely connected with clients, ensuring satisfaction and continuously refining hiring strategies
  • Drive business growth by identifying new client opportunities, developing leads, and expanding existing accounts

Requirements

  • Proven experience in recruiting, ideally within a staffing agency environment
  • Familiarity with both temporary staffing (Arbeitnehmerüberlassung) and direct hire processes
  • Background in recruiting for Finance and IT roles
  • Existing client and candidate network in these industries is a strong plus
  • Clear and effective communication skills to engage confidently with candidates, clients, and colleagues
  • Ability to build and nurture strong relationships with candidates and stakeholders
  • Strong negotiation skills to successfully manage offers and agreements
  • Excellent organizational skills to juggle multiple candidates, schedules, and priorities
  • Solid understanding of the roles you recruit for, including required skills and experience
  • Native-level German with a good command of English (B2)
