About the role
- Partner closely with clients to gain a deep understanding of their hiring needs and business goals
- Create and publish compelling, targeted job advertisements that attract the right talent
- Proactively source and engage high-quality candidates through strategic search methods
- Interview and assess shortlisted candidates, evaluating skills, experience, and cultural fit
- Build strong, long-lasting relationships with clients based on trust and results
- Deliver tailored recruitment solutions that adapt to clients’ changing needs
- Stay closely connected with clients, ensuring satisfaction and continuously refining hiring strategies
- Drive business growth by identifying new client opportunities, developing leads, and expanding existing accounts
Requirements
- Proven experience in recruiting, ideally within a staffing agency environment
- Familiarity with both temporary staffing (Arbeitnehmerüberlassung) and direct hire processes
- Background in recruiting for Finance and IT roles
- Existing client and candidate network in these industries is a strong plus
- Clear and effective communication skills to engage confidently with candidates, clients, and colleagues
- Ability to build and nurture strong relationships with candidates and stakeholders
- Strong negotiation skills to successfully manage offers and agreements
- Excellent organizational skills to juggle multiple candidates, schedules, and priorities
- Solid understanding of the roles you recruit for, including required skills and experience
- Native-level German with a good command of English (B2)
