  • Confident using social recruiting tools and ATS platforms
  • Familiarity with Intiway recruiting software is a bonus
  • Excel at managing the end-to-end recruitment process
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Commercial mindset, spotting new business opportunities
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
  • Team player collaborating seamlessly with colleagues
  • Good command of English
