About the role

  • Management and strategic development of designated key accounts
  • Building long-term business relationships with fleet partners
  • Acquiring new partners through networks, referrals and market contacts
  • Operational support for new customers (onboarding, acting as liaison to internal teams)
  • Identifying growth and upselling opportunities
  • Contributing to expansion projects in new cities
  • Liaising with authorities and local partners on site-related matters
  • Supporting the optimization and digitization of internal processes

Requirements

  • Experience in account management, business development, operations or comparable roles
  • Ideally a background in mobility, logistics or platform businesses
  • Initial experience in leading or coordinating teams is an advantage
  • Strong customer focus and entrepreneurial mindset
  • Structured, independent and solution-oriented way of working
  • Strong communication skills and a professional appearance
  • Interest in electromobility and sustainable mobility solutions
  • Very good German skills; English is a plus
