• Independently manage accounting for all entities using DATEV Kanzlei‑Rechnungswesen and ensuring compliance
• Monitor all accounting processes and implement controls when business processes change
• Post complex business transactions
• Perform reviews in preparation for the annual financial statements
• Contribute to the implementation of complex accounting and balance sheet topics
• Responsible for consolidated VAT advance returns and recapitulative statements (ZM)
• Prepare monthly and quarterly financial statements and assist in preparing annual financial statements (HGB)
• Analyze cost and performance structures and identify financial interdependencies
• Own process and interface responsibilities with adjacent departments (Controlling, fleet management, operations managers)
• Participate in digitalization projects and optimize accounting workflows
