Bookkeeper

• Eigenständige Buchführung aller Gesellschaften unter Einsatz von DATEV Kanzlei-Rechnungswesen und entsprechenden Compliance
• Alle Rechnungslegungsprozesse monitoren und Kontrollen bei Geschäftsprozessänderungen umsetzen
• Verbuchung komplexer Geschäftsvorfälle
• Reviews im Rahmen der Vorbereitung auf den Jahresabschluss
• Mitarbeit bei Umsetzung komplexer Buchhaltungs- und Bilanzthemen
• Verantwortung für die konsolidierte Umsatzsteuervoranmeldung, ZM-Meldung
• Erstellung von Monats-, Quartals- und Vorbereitung der Jahresabschlüsse (HGB)
• Analyse von Kosten- und Leistungsstrukturen, Erkennen von finanziellen Zusammenhängen
• Prozess- und Schnittstellenverantwortung zu angrenzenden Abteilungen (Controlling, Fuhrpark, Operationsmanagern)
• Mitarbeit bei Digitalisierungsprojekten und Optimierung von Buchhaltungsabläufen

Buchhalter

• Independently manage the bookkeeping for all entities using DATEV Kanzlei-Rechnungswesen and ensure compliance
• Monitor all accounting processes and implement controls when business processes change
• Post and reconcile complex transactions
• Perform reviews as part of the preparation for the annual financial statements
• Assist with the implementation of complex accounting and balance-sheet topics
• Responsibility for consolidated VAT pre-declaration and ZM reporting (recapitulative statement)
• Preparation of monthly and quarterly financial statements and support for year-end closing (HGB)
• Analyze cost and performance structures and identify financial interrelationships
• Process and interface responsibility with adjacent departments (Controlling, Fleet Management, Operations Managers)
• Participate in digitalization projects and optimize accounting workflows
