About the role
- Manage PRI Certification client satisfaction and report processes from receipt of a contract from the sales department through the registration decision and certification
- Primarily responsible for reviewing all audit documentation for accuracy and completeness and coordination of registration decisions and certificate issuance process
- Manage client and lead auditor adherence to audit report and nonconformance resolution policies for general/baseline standards
- Provide client/auditor support services including reviewing completed audit package process to ensure integrity of all critical process records
- Coordinate the registration decision process from return of the audit package to the actual decision for assessment, re-assessment and continuation decisions and certification issuance
- Maintain and monitor service metrics with regard to customer satisfaction throughout the entire registration process
Requirements
- Associate degree in a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Up to 2 years of administrative or customer service experience
- Effective interpersonal and team-building skills
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills related to customer service and teamwork
- Strong computer skills and ability to work with appropriate computer application programs
- Excellent analytical and organizational skills
- ISO 9001 quality system experience, preferred.
