About the role
- Govern and oversee the IT, including operations, infrastructure, and IT security controls.
- Act as the primary interface toward the external IT Partner, ensuring service delivery, SLA performance, and security compliance.
- Manage the IT budget, including planning, cost control, and optimization.
- Define and drive the IT and IT-security strategy aligned with business objectives and needs.
- Ensure effective handling of incidents, service requests, and security events, including escalation management.
- Drive governance, risk management, compliance (e.g., ISO 27001, NIS2), and continuous improvement of IT services.
Requirements
- Proven experience in IT management, IT governance, or service delivery management.
- Experience managing external IT providers, including security and compliance aspect.
- Solid understanding of IT infrastructure, cloud services, networks, and modern workplace environment.
- Strong knowledge of IT security principles.
- Experience in IT budgeting, cost control, and financial follow-up.
- Experience handling incidents, including security incidents and escalation.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
