About the role
- Design, build and deploy AI systems
- Fine-tune and optimize ML models for performance, accuracy, and efficiency
- Deploy and monitor ML models, ensuring reliability and responsible AI
- Business advisory - translate business needs to solution design
Requirements
- 3-7 years hands-on experience in professional software development
- Practical experience in AI engineering
- Python
- Azure
- Understanding of cloud infrastructure
- Agile/SAFe WoW
- Stakeholder management
- Adapting your communication to technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Fluent in English and Swedish, both spoken and written
- Nice to have: MCP server/client
- Background in public sector, regulated or security sensitive environments
- BSc/MSc in Computer Science, AI/ML, Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or equivalent experience
