About the role
- Act as the technical bridge between engineering and support solutions for customers
- Develop and maintain ILS documentation
- Collaborate with engineering teams to improve product supportability and reliability
- Contribute to spares planning, obsolescence management, and lifecycle cost optimization
- Support reliability, maintainability, and availability (RMA) analysis
- Analyze field issues and coordinate root cause investigations
Requirements
- Master’s degree in engineering (i.e. automation, electronics, telecom, mechanics, mechatronics, engineering physics) or other relevant education
- At least 2 years of professional experience in RAMS (Reliability, Availability, Maintainability, and Safety) engineering in an industrial environment
- Knowledge of testability concepts is appreciated
- Fluency in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing
