About the role
- Manage and develop the quality function.
- Coordinate the quality work within the business unit and other stakeholders to ensure that each part of the organization is reaching necessary quality standards ensuring high quality products for our customers.
- Collaborate with the quality functions of our customers, playing a significant role in our efforts to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Support and coordinate the development of processes, methods and tools across the organization to drive continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in Quality Engineering and Quality Management in large-scale organizations, covering both development and production of complex products.
- Proven leadership skills managing teams within and outside your organization.
- Excellent ability to build and manage relationships and cooperate and engage internal or external teams and stakeholders.
- Excellent communication skills in Swedish and English, verbal and written
- Experience of carrying out external and internal audits
- Knowledge and understanding of regulated processes for high quality products with high safety standards.
