Perform software and hardware testing independently at multiple stages of the production build process
Contribute to the development and improvement of test equipment and procedures for new products
Interpret technical drawings, schematics, and documentation to support testing activities
Identify problem areas, perform root cause analysis, and troubleshoot basic electro-mechanical nonconformances
Develop, implement, and validate test tools as required

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required
An Associate’s degree in a technical or engineering field is preferred
4+ years of experience in test and troubleshooting of electronic products within a manufacturing environment
Demonstrated experience in troubleshooting electro-mechanical systems with standard diagnostic equipment and software tools
Strong ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and wiring diagrams
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and functions
Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
Working knowledge of electronic assembly industry standards, including IPC-A-610, IPC/WHMA-A-620, and J-STD-001
Must be a U.S. citizen, Permanent Resident (green card holder), or protected individual as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3)
