About the role

  • Supporting divisional IT initiatives by collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful projects on time and within budget.
  • Deploying, configuring, and supporting Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, Intune, OneDrive, Teams, SharePoint Online, and Defender.
  • Monitoring and troubleshooting endpoint performance and security issues to ensure reliable and secure operations.
  • Identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance collaboration and overall user experience.
  • Providing training and support to end users and IT staff on Microsoft 365 tools and best practices.
  • Delivering responsive technical support via phone, ticketing systems, and deskside assistance while meeting established service level targets.
  • Maintaining accurate asset inventories and ensuring compliance with frameworks such as ISO 27001, CMMC, and NIST.
  • Staying current with evolving IT technologies through continuous learning and professional development.
  • Participate in an on-call rotation and support occasional overnight travel (up to 10% per year).

Requirements

  • Associate’s degree (information technology, computer science, or a related field) with 10+ years of experience, or a Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of experience, or a Master’s degree with 6+ years of experience.
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience deploying and managing Microsoft 365 services, including Intune, Defender, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, and OneDrive, within a GCC High environment.
  • 7+ years of experience providing technical support, troubleshooting, and supporting Windows client operating systems.
  • Strong understanding of networking and security concepts, including DNS, Active Directory, Entra ID (Azure AD), conditional access, certificates, firewalls, proxies, single sign-on (SSO), multi-factor authentication (MFA), data loss prevention (DLP), and identity and access management (IAM).
  • Familiarity with Windows Autopilot, Group Policy, PowerShell scripting, and mobile device management and mobile application management policies.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage moderate-scale technical projects from planning through execution.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and lead initiatives.
  • Must be a U.S. citizen.
