About the role
- Assist the Corporate Events Manager in planning and executing corporate and customer-facing events
- Support trade show strategy and execution for U.S. events
- Execute booth design, logistics, shipping, installation, and on-site execution
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders on messaging, demonstrations, and customer engagement
- Develop and manage annual event budgets and track expenses and ROI
- Conduct post-event evaluations and support continuous improvement efforts
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience planning and executing corporate events and trade shows
- Experience with multi-day trade shows and executive-level events
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously
- Experience managing vendors, contracts, and budgets
- Willingness to travel domestically up to 40% and internationally to Sweden once per year
- Experience working with the U.S. Department of War highly preferred
- Must be a U.S. citizen
