About the role

  • Conducting fire risk assessments.
  • Audits and providing top-tier consultancy support to our clients.
  • A mix of on-site visits and home-based report writing.
  • Travel to various sites is essential, so a full driving licence and access to your own vehicle are required.

Requirements

  • High-level fire-related qualification (degree or Level 4/5 Diploma minimum).
  • At least 5 years in commercial and residential Fire Risk Assessments.
  • Thorough understanding of current legislation, Building Regulations, and British Standards.
  • Excellent report writing, IT, and communication skills.
  • Professional Memberships : IFE (AIFireE minimum) or IFSM (MIFSM minimum).
  • Experience with Passive Fire Protection Surveys, Retrospective Fire Strategy documents, smoke control calculations, and thermal radiation analyses.
  • NEBOSH Certificate or equivalent.
