About the role
- Advising and supporting employees and managers on HR-related and employment law questions.
- Creating positive and respectful employee experiences throughout the employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding.
- Preparing employment contracts, contract amendments, employment references and other HR documents.
- Further developing proactive HR processes for employee support and development.
- Supporting the planning and implementation of training and development measures.
- Driving your own projects within the HR department.
Requirements
- Several years of experience as an HR advisor.
- Degree with a focus on labor law or human resources, or a comparable qualification.
- Advanced MS Office skills.
- Confident and persuasive presence.
- Fluent German language skills.
