About the role
- Responsible for a full cycle of recruitment;
- Organizing the whole hiring process (requirements gathering / preliminary interview / technical and final interview);
- Advertising vacancies on the company website/external job boards/social media;
- Communication with the Hiring Manager;
- Searching for qualified candidates according to position requirements using different sourcing methods (boolean search, x-ray);
- Communication with potential candidates through searching and expanding networking;
- Maintaining and expansion of CRM;
- Use metrics to create reports and identify areas of improvement;
- Focused on achieving company goals.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience in similar position
- Experience with sourcing techniques and extensions
- Proficient in the use of social media and job boards
- Willingness to understand the duties and competencies of different roles
- Ability to close position Middle/Senior level
- Skill to conduct HR Interviews using such methods as STAR or case interviews
- Creativity and fresh thinking
- Excellent communication skills
- High level of self-organization, responsibility
- Time management skill
- Upper-Intermediate English level.
