About the role

  • Ensure the training service is available, delivered with excellence, and produces job-ready talent quickly.
  • Define and evolve the program portfolio in line with the school's strategic vision.
  • Design and scale new programs.
  • Ensure pedagogical coherence, high-quality content, and alignment with employer needs.
  • Analyze educational KPIs (satisfaction, completion, attendance) and lead corrective actions.
  • Recruit, onboard, and manage instructors/subject-matter experts, academic coordinators, and program managers.
  • Oversee full session scheduling, instructor assignments, and implementation of tools.
  • Engage with software vendors, certifiers, and partner companies.
  • Lead quality initiatives together with the Head of Administration & Compliance.
  • Produce weekly reports for the CEO.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in an academic or pedagogical role within higher education, professional training, or EdTech.
  • Proven experience in educational coordination.
  • Key skills: managing an academic/teaching team.
  • Instructional design (learning pathways, projects, assessments, competency frameworks).
  • Excellent organizational skills, meticulous documentation, and a strong tracking/follow-up culture.
  • Ability to manage complex operations under time constraints.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Data-oriented (KPI analysis, reporting, dashboards).
  • Proficiency with digital tools, LMSs, and no-code automation is a plus.
