• Design, maintain and evolve our training programs to ensure quality, consistency and effectiveness.
• Design comprehensive, project-oriented programs based on problem-based learning.
• Define the pedagogical culture, methodologies and quality standards.
• Recruit, select and onboard instructors (coaches, authors, evaluators).
• Build and deploy learning paths in the LMS.
• Standardize materials and produce project templates, briefs, guides and assessments.
• Implement a continuous improvement process based on feedback from students and partner companies.
• Lead research projects in partnership with our corporate partners (observatories, studies, benchmarks).
• Support students (synchronously and asynchronously) in completing the various projects included in the training programs.
• Assess students' knowledge.
