About the role

  • Define and evolve the program portfolio in line with the school's strategic vision.
  • Develop, operationalize and scale new programs.
  • Structure competency frameworks, RNCP blocks, and learning pathways.
  • Ensure pedagogical coherence, content quality, and alignment with employer needs.
  • Analyze educational KPIs (satisfaction, completion, attendance) and implement corrective actions.
  • Organize assessments, projects, certifications, and final project defenses.
  • Recruit, onboard, and manage instructors/subject-matter experts, educational coordinators, and program managers.
  • Drive performance, standardize practices, and ensure continuous skills development.
  • Oversee full session planning, instructor allocation, and implementation of tools.
  • Manage escalation of major pedagogical issues.
  • Liaise with software vendors, certifying bodies, and partner companies.
  • Adapt programs to field needs (use cases, tools, and key in-demand skills).
  • Contribute to RNCP accreditation.
  • Lead quality initiatives with the Head of Administration & Compliance.
  • Provide weekly reporting to the CEO.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in an academic or educational role within higher education, vocational training, or EdTech.
  • Proven experience in educational coordination.
  • Experience managing pedagogical/teaching teams.
  • Instructional design / educational engineering (learning paths, projects, assessments, competency frameworks).
  • Excellent organizational skills, strong documentation discipline, and a culture of follow-up.
  • Ability to manage complex operations under tight deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Data-oriented (KPIs, reporting, dashboards).
  • Proficiency with digital tools, LMS platforms, and no-code automation appreciated.
