About the role
- Collect, manage and analyze market data across technologies to track and identify trends key to understand the evolution of renewable energy markets.
- Create high quality quantitative and qualitive regional and global market reports analyzing multiple clean energy technologies.
- Support client requests by providing quick and comprehensive answers to questions about research findings.
- Assist in our goal of streamlining research and data processes to increase the efficiency and productivity of the team, and maximize the quality and reliability of our data.
Requirements
- The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of relevant experience and advanced knowledge of the clean energy technology industry and strong analytical skills.
- Prior experience of working in a research analyst role is highly valued.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in analysis within the energy sector.
- Good communication skills, and ability to work both independently and as part of a global team.
- Strong analytical, quantitative, data modelling and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with low-carbon technologies and global energy supply chains.
- Understanding of policy and regulatory factors influencing energy markets.
