About the role

  • Design and build advanced customizations using Apex (classes, triggers, batch, queueable, Platform Events), Visualforce (if applicable), and Lightning (Aura/LWC), ensuring scalability and performance.
  • Drive the design, development, and deployment of complex Salesforce solutions, ensuring adherence to best practices in Agile (SCRUM) methodologies and SDLC principles.
  • Should have good knowledge on Angular JS, jQuery, JavaScript, CSS, XML, HTML and DHTML in the Salesforce platform.
  • Extensive experience with Debugging methods such as Anonymous Code Block execution and working/writing to System and Developer Logs.
  • Need hands-on experience in deployment tools like (Copado, Prodly, and Salesforce CLI).
  • Produce system design documents, lead technical walkthroughs, and present code solutions to the Salesforce Architecture Review Board.
  • Produce high-quality code, own the code quality, and represent your team’s technical output for workstream and product owners.
  • Collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical partners.
  • As a team-member, you will be responsible to continuously improve the architecture and mentor junior developers on best practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelors /Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or equivalent.
  • Strong experience in APEX Trigger Design Patterns, Salesforce Governor Limits, and Salesforce Asynchronous APEX (Batch, Queueable, Future methods).
  • Experience developing enterprise level Test Classes, Mock Interfaces, and maintaining 85% code coverage.
  • 3-5 Years of experience in Salesforce application development preferably on an enterprise CPQ and Billing Implementation (Steelbrick, Revenue Cloud, Vlocity, Salesforce Billing, or Zuora).
  • Experience with front-end technologies (e.g., Lightning Web Components, JavaScript frameworks like Angular/jQuery) to enhance the user experience within the platform.
  • Experience integrating Salesforce flows and custom APEX with Agentforce to deliver high-impact, scalable agent workflows.
  • Salesforce Certified Platform Developer 1.
  • Experience with SalesForce.com API, SOAP messaging and integrations with other enterprise applications.
  • Proficient with software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies like Agile, Test-driven development.
