About the role
- Develop and implement sales strategies within a defined territory for the Corporate Actions business, aligning with company objectives to drive growth in the North America region.
- Exceed new business targets through new customer acquisition and greenfield sales (add-ons, license expansions, upsells).
- Collaborate across sales, pre-sales, marketing, product, account management and other internal stakeholders to drive overall net growth.
- Maintain accurate and timely pipeline, sales forecast and meeting notes in salesforce.com.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects within defined territory.
- Monitor industry and market trends through both internal and external sources to incorporate within sales strategies and targeted prospecting campaigns.
Requirements
- Proven track record of delivering revenue results in complex consultative sales positions
- Prior experience within the financial services industry with a strong focus on operations
- Willingness to travel to customer locations, industry events and conferences
- Ability to identify customer issues/pain points and provide effective solutions
