About the role
- Develop and maintain complex Apex logic, custom APIs, and system integrations that serve as the backbone of the Commercial Platform.
- Engage in Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Grooming) to ensure technical alignment between business goals and platform capabilities.
- Audit existing codebases for governor limit bottlenecks and implement "bulkified" patterns to handle high-volume data processing.
- Adhere to team-wide coding standards and architectural principles to ensure the Commercial Platform remains modular and technical debt is minimized.
- Utilize SFDX and Git-based workflows to contribute to a seamless release management process.
- Develop robust Trigger frameworks and Platform Event architectures to decouple complex business processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in a Salesforce development role within a large-scale or platform-centric organization.
- Active Salesforce Platform Developer II certification.
- Experience working in a "Pods" or "Squads" based Agile delivery model.
- In-depth knowledge of Salesforce security features and best practices.
- Proficiency in Salesforce configuration, customization, and integration techniques.
