About the role

  • Coordinate and manage internal audit activities within the division, ensuring timely resolution of findings.
  • Monitor and report on audit issues, facilitating remediation with divisional stakeholders.
  • Partner with IT teams on ITDR planning, testing, and documentation to strengthen system recovery readiness.
  • Support BCM activities, including risk assessments, plan updates, and testing of critical processes.
  • Prepare reports and dashboards highlighting risks, findings, and progress for divisional management.
  • Serve as a single-point liaison between the division, IT, and auditors to ensure smooth execution of audit and continuity initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, IT, or a related discipline.
  • 2–4 years of experience in internal audit, IT audit, risk management, or compliance.
  • Knowledge of audit frameworks, IT controls, disaster recovery, and business continuity practices.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across functions and drive timely results.
