About the role

  • Oversee how People services, advisory support, and employee lifecycle operations are delivered across the region.
  • Ensure consistent, compliant, and high-quality employee experiences across a complex regulatory and cultural landscape.
  • Provide direction on employee relations, performance management, and compliance matters while overseeing day-to-day service delivery, governance, and operational discipline.
  • Shape how SpinCo delivers People support across North America & EMEA and strengthen employee relations outcomes, manager capability, service consistency, and regional compliance.
  • Partner closely with HR Business Partners, COEs, Payroll, Benefits, Legal, and HR Technology & Analytics to ensure global People strategies are adapted effectively to regional requirements while maintaining strong governance and operational excellence.

Requirements

  • Strong expertise in North America and EMEA employment practices, including U.S., Canada, and multiple European countries.
  • 7+ years of progressive HR / People experience, including multi-country or regional leadership.
  • Demonstrated experience in employee relations, performance management, coaching, and compliance.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence leaders across regions and cultures.
  • Strong analytical capability to interpret workforce data and support decision-making.
  • Proven ability to manage high-volume, complex environments with sound judgment and prioritization.
  • Fluency in English required; additional European language(s) a strong advantage.
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Law, or related field preferred.
