About the role
- Oversee how People services, advisory support, and employee lifecycle operations are delivered across the region.
- Ensure consistent, compliant, and high-quality employee experiences across a complex regulatory and cultural landscape.
- Provide direction on employee relations, performance management, and compliance matters while overseeing day-to-day service delivery, governance, and operational discipline.
- Shape how SpinCo delivers People support across North America & EMEA and strengthen employee relations outcomes, manager capability, service consistency, and regional compliance.
- Partner closely with HR Business Partners, COEs, Payroll, Benefits, Legal, and HR Technology & Analytics to ensure global People strategies are adapted effectively to regional requirements while maintaining strong governance and operational excellence.
Requirements
- Strong expertise in North America and EMEA employment practices, including U.S., Canada, and multiple European countries.
- 7+ years of progressive HR / People experience, including multi-country or regional leadership.
- Demonstrated experience in employee relations, performance management, coaching, and compliance.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence leaders across regions and cultures.
- Strong analytical capability to interpret workforce data and support decision-making.
- Proven ability to manage high-volume, complex environments with sound judgment and prioritization.
- Fluency in English required; additional European language(s) a strong advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Law, or related field preferred.
