About the role
- Provide outstanding services and ensure client satisfaction.
- Participate in client development and retention programs.
- Deliver product trainings and presentations to clients.
- Address client inquiries about products and services in a timely fashion.
- Analyze client concerns and work with other teams to provide immediate resolutions.
- Notify customers about new product developments and enhancements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree and min. 4 years of experience in a Finance or FinTech industry
- Experience in Data Analysis skills with good knowledge of SQL.
- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel along Macros/VBA.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Fluent in English
