About the role

  • Provide outstanding services and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Participate in client development and retention programs.
  • Deliver product trainings and presentations to clients.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree and min. 4 years of experience in a Finance or FinTech industry
  • Experience in Data Analysis skills with good knowledge of SQL.
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Excel along Macros/VBA.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Fluent in English
