Help define and execute the product development strategy, considering broad market trends and client needs.
Support the suite of Multi-Asset Indices and products via analysis and content creation for thought leadership materials (pitch decks, blogs, white papers, videos, and other media).
Work closely with the Research and Design team on index design.
Help oversee the index launch process: plan the overall project, coordinate across internal teams, and manage timelines with internal and external stakeholders.
Collaborate with product management team members and support global initiatives.

Requirements

Undergraduate degree required.
Masters degree in a relevant field or progress towards a CFA charter a plus.
2-5 years of relevant work experience.
Self-driven with strong motivation to research and innovate on new ideas.
Strong analytical and quantitative skills are essential, comfortable working with large data sets.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Programming skills (Python, R, SQL, VBA, others) are desirable.
Knowledge of financial packages such as FactSet, Capital IQ, Bloomberg, Barra, Axioma, etc. is desirable.
Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Candidate should be very comfortable dealing with ambiguity and uncertainty.
