About the role

  • Own the strategic execution of an agentic AI platform, Astra, collaborating with cross-organizational technology teams, internal stakeholders, and technology partners to execute on this platform's roadmap
  • Set priorities, create and maintain comprehensive roadmaps, and establish clear objectives for technology teams while managing stakeholder expectations regarding deliverables and timelines
  • Manage the engineering team’s backlog with AI assistance and follow standard scrum practices like standups, planning, refinement, etc.
  • Manage releases of the platform including ensuring release notes are created and published
  • Act as primary liaison between cross-functional teams, business units, and scrum teams to translate business needs into technical solutions and facilitate effective collaboration
  • Partner with project architects, technology leads, and Product Managers to align technical decisions and ensure platform scalability, reliability, and maintainability

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in an analytical field such as Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent professional experience
  • At least 4-5 years of digital or technical product management or delivery experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar role, preferably in technical environments
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with Agile methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, or similar frameworks with demonstrated understanding of iterative development processes
  • Proficiency with backlog management and project tracking tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, or similar platforms
  • Exceptional communication skills with ability to leverage analytical insights to influence stakeholders, drive decision-making, and ensure successful project delivery
  • Self-motivated and proactive with demonstrated ability to take strategic direction and independently execute complex initiatives with minimal oversight
  • Demonstrable experience with AI tools and/or front-end applications design
  • Strong technical aptitude with familiarity in database concepts, data management principles, and technical product development processes.
  • High-level technical acumen such as understanding application architecture from front-end to databases, and other modern software architecture principles
  • Previous experience in financial services, technology consulting, or enterprise software environments with exposure to complex stakeholder ecosystems
  • Advanced certifications in product management methodologies such as Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), Product Management Professional (PMP), or similar credentials.
