About the role

  • Architect and implement high-quality, scalable full-stack solutions using C#/.NET backend services and React frontend frameworks.
  • Lead AI-assisted development practices using tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude, or Cursor.
  • Mentor developers and enforce engineering best practices.
  • Spearhead integration of AI/LLM capabilities into products to enhance user experiences.
  • Apply design thinking to translate business requirements into intuitive solutions.

Requirements

  • 8-12 years of full-stack engineering with C#/.NET Core and modern JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks React (preferably) or Angular.
  • Expertise in designing RESTful APIs and microservices with cloud platforms such as AWS (preferably), or AWS/GCP.
  • Strong front-end engineering skills in state management, performance optimization, accessibility, and testing using tools like Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress, or Playwright.
  • Hands-on AI/LLM development experience, including but not limited to LLM providers such as OpenAI, Anthropic, or Azure OpenAI.
  • Solid CI/CD and DevOps experience with platforms such as GitHub Actions (Preferably), GitLab CI, Azure DevOps, or Jenkins.
  • Proficiency with databases including SQL Server, PostgreSQL (Preferably), or MySQL and NoSQL stores such as MongoDB, DynamoDB, or Cosmos DB.
